As 2024 draws to a close, AI Hub continues to deliver cutting-edge tools and features designed to optimize workflows, enhance accuracy, and enable more complex use cases. This holiday update showcases our team’s commitment to improving efficiency and scalability while addressing customer feedback. Here’s a closer look at what’s new.

Streamlined Email Management

With our new mailbox connector, you can easily integrate inboxes to monitor and process incoming emails and attachments. The connector works with Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, and several other inboxes. Use filters to specify which emails to ingest, then automatically process them on a configurable schedule.

Review Metrics for Better Team Performance

Optimize performance in document review processes with new human review metrics. Managers can identify improvement opportunities with insight into handling times and workload distribution. See exactly which documents cause the most bottlenecks and where each team member can make improvements.

Expanded Deployment Notifications

Notifications can now be configured for various workflow stages, such as when runs start, complete, fail, or require review. These alerts, available via webhooks or email, offer increased visibility and control.

Build Powerful Conversational Experiences 

The Converse API and SDK now support multi-document queries, so you can deliver more intelligent chat and document analysis apps. Upload documents and create new conversations in real time, then query across the entire data set, all within your own tools.

Additional Enhancements

  • Form Extraction: Data extraction from forms and other structured documents has improved with up to 18% increase in accuracy.
  • Service Accounts: Service accounts can be created to handle programmatic interactions without tying activities to specific users.
  • Accuracy Testing Upgrades: Ground truth datasets for accuracy testing now support additional global and field-specific rules, allowing users to fine-tune their benchmarks. 
  • Batch Processing: AI Hub now supports processing up to 1,000 files in a single run, improving efficiency for large-scale projects.
