Today, we are announcing that Instabase Inc. is becoming SuperApp Inc., reflecting our expanded company vision. This change does not affect our commitment to AI Hub, the customers who use it, or the enterprise work it supports.
We know that a company name change naturally creates questions. Customers want to understand what is changing, what will stay the same, and what the announcement means for the products and partnerships they depend on.
So we want to begin with the clearest possible answer: AI Hub is continuing.
AI Hub will continue to help organizations transform unstructured data held in complex documents into insights, decisions, and business outcomes. Existing customers will continue to be supported as they operate, expand, and evolve their deployments. Information and resources for AI Hub will remain available.
The Product, Support, and Enterprise Commitment Continue
AI Hub was built for demanding enterprise environments, where document workflows are often complex and deeply connected to day-to-day operations. Our work with large and highly regulated organizations has shaped how we approach AI: with a focus on practical outcomes, security, data controls, auditability, and responsible operation.
Those principles remain central to AI Hub and to the teams that build and support it.
AI Hub will continue to address complex document-understanding and automation workflows, helping enterprises turn unstructured information into usable data and business outcomes. Existing AI Hub customers will continue to receive support for their deployments and ongoing use of the product. The security, control, auditability, and deployment considerations required by enterprise customers will remain fundamental to AI Hub.
The company name is changing. Our commitment is not.

SuperApp brings people and AI together in real-time shared threads with leading AI models to create, review, and finish work in one unified experience.
It combines real-time group messaging, multi-provider AI, and collaborative content creation. People and AI can participate in the same live thread while conversations, source files, AI activity, feedback, decisions, revisions, approvals, and deliverables remain connected.
